The girl totally botched my kids hair , multiple bald spots, strait scissors marks along the top. He's been getting cuts since he was 1 and our regular is closing down he's always good and does not move too much for a 3 year old. If you can't adapt to all ages you shouldn't offer the services.

Run, don't walk, away from Pro Cuts on Teaticket!!! My wife went in for a cut and color and definitely got the worst service and color of her life. She had pretty brown hair with light highlights, and wanted to turn the highlights into lowlights. Instead, they dyed her entire head jet black. See before and after below. She was there for 4 hours. Left with dye all over her hands and face. She asked the stylist, Jamie, several times if she could lighten in. She made attempts, but was also in a hurry to go on her break. Shocked that they still charged her despite her discontent and holding back tears, she paid. My mom was horrified when my wife got home and said "at least they didn't charge you, right?" When my wife said she was charged, my mom called and demanded a refund. The receptionist continuously said "she never said anything to me" as if it was my wife's job to fight this at the counter. And as if it was somehow too late. After a 15-minute conversation, the receptionist stood her ground and didn't refund a penny. And was INCREDIBLY rude to my mom. The worst service experience any of us have witnessed in years. The owners and workers should be ashamed.

I can't say I love all the beauticians at Pro Cuts but I love Kim and the prices are so reasonable.

0 stars. The ladies cutting hair have no idea how to give a fade. And they charge 18.95 for it. Don't bother.

The young woman cutting my hair today had a seriously bad attitude. Miserable and unfriendly. Haircut came out OK but bad attitude.

I absolutely love this place! It is my weekly Self-care spot!…read more Why you may ask? I'll tell ya! A few years ago I had to cut my hair up to my chin because of how badly my hair had continued to break off and give itself a non intentional mullet looking cut. Gross right? And what was even grosser was the Well Water I had to use at home that made my hair break off even more, feel like straw and turn my blonde hair copper. I would have to go back monthly for my hair color to go back to platinum ashy blonde, use a purple shampoo religiously and wash my hair daily. For the past two years I had been trying to grow back my hair that was once long, thick, and healthy. And nothing was working, not even Biotin Vitamins. Ever since I started going to the Glossarie, I can go without dying my hair for 3 to 4 months. Holy Crap! Right? My last hair appointment was 40$ for a haircut. I usually have to spend over a hundred every time I go in there. The last time I spent 40$ on a haircut was maybe when I was in the 6th grade. Anyways.... It gets better! My hair that I use to wash daily, I now only wash twice a week. Once I wash it myself and the other time is at the Glossarie. But Wait.... there's more! My hair has grown significantly!!! Many people will ask me if I have extensions in because they don't believe that my hair could have possibly grown that fast.... but it did! I can now wake up, roll out of bed for work, and not have to touch my hair for 3 to 4 days. My hair is incredibly healthy and LONG! My hair color holds and I've even managed to get my hair back to its natural color. I've had many people go way out of their way to come up to me to comment on my hair color and ask where I get my hair done. (I literally had this lady that turned her car around in the parking lot to come drive by me and roll down her window to ask) Lastly, (I know you are probably thinking how could there possibly be more, but there is!) the IGK Product that they use is amazing. I have found myself to become a Product junkie purchasing a new IGK product every time I go in there. Courtney Steele is extremely informative when it comes to educating customers on the products that they use. Speaking of staff, they are great! I have my regular appointment weekly with the same hairstylist. I already have him scheduled out for the next two months as they have a easy app that allows you to schedule your own appointments at any time in the day and also modify your appointment if you need to! I could keep going on about how much this place has changed my life for the better. I wake up daily feeling confident and no longer embarrassed of my hair. #NoBunsNecessary I'm not usually even the type of person to write a review about a place, but I am just incredibly impressed.

Everyone in this salon was kind and it has a very warm and calming feel - which is nice because I find most salons feel cold and rushed. Unfortunately, I left before receiving any services because my first impression was not welcoming. When I walked in, the salon was small, and the front desk associate seemed disturbed while discussing the services I was interested in. Her tone and facial expression made me feel like I was interrupting or inconveniencing her rather than being welcomed as a potential customer. She was also chewing gum? A stylist who was at the front desk during the conversation also appeared disengaged, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I can't comment on the quality of the salon's hair services since I decided to ghost my appointment. However, my experience with the customer service at the front desk was disappointing enough that I chose to go to another salon, where I actually felt welcomed as a customer. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one did not leave me feeling comfortable or respected.
