She opened the door and went behind the desk.,I had already paid for the room but she asked which I paid for. She asked if I had a pet. Then asked if I smoked. Both were no but took my card. Honestly I wasn't doing anything but sleeping and showering. She asked me what room I wanted. I said, "the room I paid for. What is on the reservation" She finished giving me choices then decided on the room I selected. She very softly said the hotel policies. I couldn't hear and didn't retain it. Upon getting my bag, the outside doors open outwards. Which is odd. You have to put. Everything down to open the door., I can't imagine breakfast. I have Kurt's Bars, I'll be fine. I'm rather unimpressed and bored with 2023 hotels. And this one especially ranks low. Breakfast which I didn't eat were tasteless muffins, cereal. Orange juice, coffee tea. I saw bread for toast and think I saw yogurt in the refrigerator. Check out-simple, I left my hotel keys and left. I will never stay at this one again because of the staff. Oh the room? I specifically asked for one I saw on the website. Tami stated that "it was the oldest and smallest but if that is what I wanted, that was fine". I said I did not see other sedans, only an SUV, which I did not want. She stated they were getting a newer one in soon. I told her that would be great. What picked up my daughter on her wedding day was a small crossover SUV. So plain and small, just an ordinary car. It was ridiculous. But of course, you are required to pre-pay the whole amount, so there is nothing you can do. The day after the wedding I emailed to express my disappointment. Tami asked what they could do to make it right. I requested a 50% refund. She agreed. I never got it, even though I have emailed two more times.
