So when my hearing 8 broke, I usually just drop it off to Cindy, the audiologist, and she takes care of it. All of a sudden, now I have to be a patient of manchester ent which is fine. However, they won't see me until I have my records. Well, I don't know where my records are because the company shut down so I have to find my records. Make an appointment and then I can get my hearing aid fixed. But they could have been a lot nicer and a lot more sympathetic. I will never, ever ever go to Manchester ent. Contacting my primary to see what he thinks I should do. Healthcare is a mess and I'm sick of being kicked to the curb. All I did was show up to my appointment, the staff is awful and now, I'm left with no ENT to tell me how to proceed? I need an endoscopy according to the test results. The office staff is so friendly and efficient. There is at the time of this writing mask and distancing protocols, which I dearly appreciate. I really like Dr. Bernstein, too. He is very attentive and wants to get you better. His vast experience is an asset, and he is professional while also having compassion. Definitely keeping him as my ENT. His office is also very conveniently located off 190 in Enfield--a plus for this patient who usually has to travel far and wide for specialists!

We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there!
