Cool little shop. They seem sorta new or changed ownership. Had a short visit while driving through Franklin. I got to speak a little at length with the owner, who seems happily involved in the community, but has also bore some bad feedback from the locals as well., simply because its a smoke shop in their quaint town. (if you want to say quaint- haha) Parking in the behind of the street store front shops is available or parking right on the street. It can be busy so scope well in this congested area. But overall they had a decent selection of vape pens, glass and accessories. I suggested local glass artists be featured and not the bulk china glass so much, but I understand why smoke shops have that type of inventory. They have a long way to go, but this is surely an improvement for available smoking.cannabis and vape materials in the area, because there really aren't any between the south shore and central mass. I did however notice the legal CBD medibles in short short suply there - Kudos for getting on that now, its legal in all 50 states, and its efforts like these that make a robust argument for the use of legal cannabis. Came here to spend a couple hundred dollars. I usually have great experiences. Walked in and was not greeted for 5 minutes until I was rather rudely asked to take hood off. No hello, no how can I help you. I came in to purchase kratom and look at pipes which went smoothly as I browsed and picked out a few things. When I asked about purchasing a new bowl for my bong without knowing the downstem size he refused to open the cases. I asked if I could see if the bowl I was eyeing would fit a bong with a similar looking down stem. He refused, (company policy, my manger won't let me). Now, I had intended to purchase a nice spoon too maybe spend another 100 dollars or so, but not any more. I do not blame the clerk I could tell he wanted to help me and make the sale, but he was following his moronic boss's pathetic notions of what customer service means today. In fact I applaud the clerk, he understood my frustration, the foolishness of the rule, and the fact he was loosing a potential sale. If I could I'd give that clerk a raise and a promotion to manager of whatever cause he handled the situation like a champ. It's too bad though because the owner/manager missed out on upwards of 200 dollars of revenue. They also lost a customer. I won't be buying any cannibis or vaporizing supplies from Franklin Smoke Shop because there are literally 15 smoke shops within 3 miles of this place that all sell the same shit. To the OWNER read a book about simple economics, one book about managing anything (it could be about managing ant farms for all I care, because they are more difficult to manage than your smoke shop with one employee who and I quote "can't help anyone who doesn't know exactly what they want owners policy", and one book about well you choose "if you can come up with policies like don't help customers who are confused" well you should be reading a lot more just to probably catch up to everybody else. Also give your employee a raise he's got kids to feed. I didnt see you there to try and take my money, which I oh so wanted to spend at your store instead I was treated like I was gonna rob the place.. Perhaps you should be at your store working instead of well not working. My advice to anyone the area is go to the gas station across the street and they sell all the smoking supplies you need plus they got gas and snacks so you can get home and your ready when the munchies hit you. read more

This store is impressive, they have a huge inventory of vapes and vape supplies, including e-juices, as well as a large glass inventory. I would also like to point out how fabulous the customer service is. I had bought a new mod and had an issue with it a few weeks after purchase and the owner went over and above to make it right. The owner, Naz, I believe, is also extremely knowledgeable and completely helpful. Due to my great experience, I will be buying all my vape gear at Franklin Smoke!!! read more

DON'T GO to this place. The owner is hairpin, rude, volatile. I have been going there since they opened and have told many people to go. UNTIL TODAY!! After asking why the price of something changed(they had been sold without tax before and now they are taxing it there) I was called dumb repeatedly. I was told I was a fucking idiot as he ripped a reciept and waved it in my face telling me to get the fuck out of the store while I stood quietly. I(calmly) asked him why he was getting so upset and if he was okay. He responded with "if I was going to rip you off it would be for 100k not a dollar." I kept telling him I was going to buy it anyway but I was just asking. He feverishly responded with "get out you ruined my whole f-ing day" saying I come in there every morning and do this. (I go there maybe once a week and almost always after noon..) I've spent good money there and the way I was treated(over a question about a dollar) was atrocious. Vance was their nicest staff and he no longer works there so good luck. He has previously been nice and smiling and talkative.(perhaps strung out) He seemed like a nice guy. This time he looked sweaty and sick and agitated. After being cussed at over and over while trying to defuse the situation I just walked out and wished him a good day.. .0625 stars out of 5 Will never go there again! read more

I have frequented this smoke shop many times. Each time was a great experience that I stopped trying other shops out. This past week, that changed. On Sunday I showed up to find a "be back in 20 min sign." No ETA on it and with a phone number that didn't work. I waited, waited And eventually went home. I came the next day. There was an employee I never met before (bald w glasses.) He was rambling and couldn't hold still. He wouldn't be quiet enough for me to ask questions. When I finally did speak he got irate with me. After ten hostile minutes I quickly ran out. I am sad to say I will never visit this shop again. I hope they get that employee help. He clearly seems to be struggling with a much more dangerous substance. Worst uncomfortable service ever. read more

When this place first opened, my boyfriend and I were so excited to finally have a smoke shop closer than Bellingham. However, the first time we went we bought a large piece with sharp edges. While the employee was wrapping it, I heard the thing slam on the glass multiple times, when we got home a piece had been chipped off with no sign of the glass in the wrapping or bag. When we called the man told us to come in, so we did, only for him to tell us that there was nothing he could do (understandable as most smoke shops have a no return no refund policy) and go one step further and tell my boyfriend to try to find another broken piece, as if we just challenged his pride or something. Anyway, this seems to have been the case with a few of my peers and we will continue to be giving our business to Vape City in Bellingham... employees are much more welcoming, friendly and helpful! read more

i purchased a juul there and was completely scammed. They sold me a juul starter pack that was wrapped in a plastic wrap for 75$. Seconds later I walked out the store opened it and immediatly walked back in because what was actually in the box was two multipack 5%strentgh and no actual juul device. I spoke with the manager who told me that there was no refunds and could do nothing for me but wanted to come to the store and see the device however was not able to come at the time. He then proceeded to tell me to leave the store or he would call the cops. I stepped outside the store and proceeded to call the cops because I was sold a product that was not the actual thing. The officer told me to contact juul and now I'm in this endless cycle and down 75$. Damn rip off. This was my first experience in the store considering I just turned 21. read more

Wouldn't recommend going here unless you know exactly what you're getting. I can only think of one employee here who knows the first thing about what they sell or where things are - it's frustrating walking in and asking for something that you know is on the shelves and being looked at like you have twelve heads. you can go on Groupon and purchase half of the stuff they have in that store Groupon 80% cheaper they also have mods and all the mods in the store!!! are clones when you get them home and you scratch off the little code to register. they do not show in any database for any mod that are made by the company's and i put a report in because it is not fair to the consumer to be buying a product that is a knock-off product and it is not fair to the people that make the product to get a bad rap. all the CBD that you buy at this store you can find everything on Groupon for 80% cheaper who wants to pay $400 for a 1000 mg bottle of CBD when you can go on Groupon and get it for $89 or $100 they have officially blocked me from posting on Google so I am posting on Yelp when they cannot delete anything I say nor does it have to be approved by the store there is a store up the street called cigars and more they have very fair prices they have real mods not clones they also have everything that this store does not have they also have fresh cigars I can absolutely say this over at least 10000 different cigars that you can choose form they have every kind of CBD you can choose from put it this way they have everything this store has and then more they may not have a big selection of juice at cigars & more but at least their mods are real their cigars are fresh and real. and honestly if you can order online I would order from Groupon because like I said anything you want you can get Groupon same name brand same top quality companies and you can pay the most cheapest prices in the world I bought a 1500 mg bottle of CBD from Green roads for only $100 off of Groupon, franklin somthing shop when you walk into the smoke shop for 1500 mg bottle they charge you close to $400 that is absolutely crazy their cost is only $80 a bottle so if you want it at their cost I suggest you go to Groupon!!
