I went in and bought a box of cigars for $29. I asked for matches and he said "No Matches, buy lighter for $2". 1 st time I purchased cigars and didn't get matches. I've spent less on cigars and Always was given a pack of matches. Wonder what else he is selling? He doesn't care about taking care of his customers spending $29. read more

We used to buy CBD gummies there before the pandemic...loved the variety and prices....but we went there in September and we were in for a surprise! My almost 30 year old son was virtually attacked at the door for his ID! I was the one there for Cbds...he was along for the ride. The prices had skyrocketed and we were more than put off by that rude rude salesman...we left and went to the cbd store in medway where the salesman was wonderful. I won't be back. read more

I was in this business yesterday and if I could tell you it was the worst service I have ever seen is an understatement. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The woman working there was so rude she was literally on a FaceTime call when I was trying to buy a vape. I wanted to ask her questions and she was screaming on her call. I so pissed I gave them my money with all the good vape shops here in town. But, I already was there. I hope she gets fired for this Yelp. Sorry but that's how bad it was. read more

This morning I tried to return a defective vape. They refused to honor their own product and…read morewouldn't replace it at first. The device lasted only a week, despite being advertised as 45,000 puffs. He didn't care at all. Instead, he insulted me and acted like I was trying to scam him. I'm 76 years old, a cancer survivor, and a retired businessman -- I wasn't trying to fool anyone. His attitude was offensive. He eventually replaced the vape, but I will never do business there again. If a store can't stand behind the products they sell, then there's no reason for me to shop there. To make matters worse, he took video of me even though I'm disabled and posed no threat whatsoever. Yes, I let him have it verbally, and I told him I would go to the chamber of commerce and file a complaint. If their product is defective, don't expect these people to do the right thing. I've never dealt with a store that refuses to stand behind what they sell in my entire life. I'm absolutely serious. If I dealt with the owner, today, that's not how you treat a customer and to work on his attitude and customer service.

After having new ownership, I would even travel a few towns over to come to this specific shop (luckily, I'm from Milford, but I would absolutely make the effort to come here before anywhere else). Wonderful selection of quality products with great and fair prices. The best costumer service. Very friendly and are always eager to help. This is my main choice, as well as the main choice of a lot of local people I know. It's always clean and easy to find what you want. Every time is a 5/5 star experience. A very cool and discreet environment. Great location. Great selection of products. I agree with all the low star ratings, because before this business had new owners/management I was hesitant to come back, but when I came back after the changes made, this place went a complete 180. Everytime, they truly care about their customers. Expect to be happy with your experience. read more
