The reason he got an "A-OK" rating and not higher was from an interaction I had a long time ago. He was a little nutty but probably having a bad day. It's dam near impossible to get an A/C tech in the islands let alone a good one. I think it may be a new owner now and I heard great things so don't let the three stars fool you. Quite frankly the reason I am giving this a 3 star is to build up my yelp rating. If I don't review things lower than 4 stars the Yelp "computer" won't count me as a valuable contributor. Yes it's unfair but that is what I need to do. I hope people see how this is an unfair system and not really take these reviews too seriously.

As a result we paid for items we never asked for nor were ever consulted about. Post sales service is none existent, we were sent wrong drawer fronts and were told it would be 7 weeks before we'd see the replacement. Terrible service, would not recommend. Other company on islands are available, use them. We overpaid and now we have to spend time with remounting the new drawer fronts along with purchasing the correct 'screw' head to install them. If we had used a contractor we'd have had to pay him for his time to do it, and highly doubt MSI would reimburse us for THAT added expense. BUYER BEWARE!

When we moved into our new home in USVI the screen doors were in shambles or missing. To make matters worse the hubby has an OCD impulse to "air out the house" constantly and you just can't do that here, without inviting the mosquitos in. This is where Berry's Screening comes in. They are a mobile screening service that will do all repair work at your home and if they have to do a custom screen, they will take measurements for you and return to install it. So, no measuring yourself and getting blamed for your new screen not fitting. This really is the definition of hassle free. The repair guy, first of all showed up on time, which is so rare here on this island, no one does that. He repaired one screen door in 15 minutes and took measurements for the others to do custom work at the shop. He was nice and told me that he would be by later on that day to install them, and I said in my mind "yea so that means tomorrow" which is what a lot of services do out here. But in under 2 hours he returned and installed everything in 15 minutes. This process was so easy, I was a little baffled. Being fast, efficient, and following through with what you say, isn't widely practiced on this island. B.S and excuses are commonplace, so this experience was refreshing! Pricing isn't bad, our patio doors are large ( see pictures) a re-screening is $50 and a total replacement is $280. This includes labor. Our screen doors to our patio are fabulous and work so well in having cut off those pesky mosquitos from this happy hour bar!
