They subcontract jobs out and their subcontractors give jobs to other subcontractors. I arrived in Birmingham on 10 November 2017 at 9:30pm and I was told that the driver would be waiting at arrivals but the message to pick me up from arrivals got lost in multiple subcontracting. Eventually someone did pick me up at 10pm in the car park after I had made several calls. The owner of this company, was boorish, rude, unsympathetic. He (incorrectly) surmised that since I was not happy with the service I might not pay the fare, so he passed on a message to the subcontractor to get my fare upfront and if I refuse, let me off at the side of the road. The first day we were satisfied with the service and paid a deposit to our return trip they said to just call them when we landed which we did and they said the guy would be there in 10 mins, but we told them we need to go to baggage claim. They said we didn't need to worry and that by the time we got out the taxi would just get there anyway. so it took as a complete 30 minutes to get out from the airport and 20 mins after checking through the uk border we got a call from the taxi saying they are outside. We asked the driver if he waited long and he said yes 30 minutes which we knew was incorrect and that he only waited 10 minutes. once he dropped us off he tried to charge us double the price because of the waiting time which no one informed us of

Today called again they fobbed us off again and finally they advised the taxi driver doesn't have it. why didn't they ask him to check the car 1 minute after leaving us when I called and kept it in a safe place until they were free or drop it off at the main office. Absolutely the worst customer service and I'm pretty convinced they have it. I hope we get uber to Leicester as this would never happen with them. Would give no stars but unfortunately not an option.
