Absolutely horrible experience with Focus Camera through Best Buy Marketplace…read more I provided detailed delivery instructions, including my apartment number and gate code, yet my package was still left OUTSIDE my gated apartment complex in plain public view. The delivery photo literally confirms it was dumped outside the gate instead of delivered securely. Of course the package was stolen within minutes. What makes this worse is Focus Camera's response was essentially: "Sorry, contact the police." No accountability. No refund. No attempt to resolve the issue despite the obvious negligent delivery placement. If you cannot ensure secure delivery -- especially for expensive electronics -- then you should not be offering shipping services in the first place. Customers should not have to gamble on whether their package will actually make it past the sidewalk. I would strongly recommend avoiding Focus Camera unless you enjoy paying hundreds of dollars for invisible products and canned customer service responses.

There were scratches, marks, and the color correction was horrible. The whites were green. They are not large enough in size to print at what I needed. They also shipped my film back to me unsleeved and charged me a "non sleeve" fee per roll. The film negatives have scratches from being shipped raw in a card board box. I should've stuck with my regular film lab, but was trying to save a few bucks. Not worth it. I would not use for any professional job.
