The person I spoke to could not find a price and said she would get back to me shortly. 1 hour later, I phoned back for the price. Between $75-100 each mattress. I said can you be more precise for a Queen size. Put me on hold again and finally came back and told me that it won't be more than $80 each, and that she will put it on my file. I said OK, book me in for Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon comes and no show. I phone and I'm told that there is no booking. My file is there, Tuesday afternoon is there but I wasn't booked. I said OK, somebody screwed up, when is the next time slot? Thursday and 2 mattresses will cost you $170. I said I was quoted $160 and I was told that it was put in my file. I was told that there is nothing in my file for $80/mattress and their price is $170. Not smart......I went to another cleaner for only $70/mattress. Very poor client relations.

Understand Greenworks has always done a great job but this was next level. Our tired and battered rugs look new again, simply amazing.
