On the third attempt I took my mountain bike into the store I was then told the bike frame was bent . The bike was raised up on a bike stand and one of the kids had his mobile phone with a spirit level on it resting on the swinging arm and said look its not level like it should be I replied neither is the bike stand .If someone didn't have the knowledge that I have they would of probably gone along with them and bought a new bike. Anyhow the wheel was taken out the back once again and what a surprised it come back out near enough perfect and they said the truing stand was twisted . This wasn't just one member of staff it was several that I dealt with and they are all not long out of nappies I don't know who trains them but they don't have much respect for peoples bikes they are not careful at all and i certainly wouldn't want to buy a new bike and watch them fit it up . Some other customer was there to pick a new bike up when i was there and it still had underinflated tyres. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVERYONE ELSE BE AWARE .

It didn't cost the earth and I went back to work with my car fixed and MOT'd for another year! It was really good that I could book online and have an alloted space. The price was reasonable and the staff kept me informed every step of the way. One thing to beware of is the slippery floor just outside the door to reception - if you have flat soled shoes on, you might fall - and that's not a great thing to do in front of a bunch of guys!
