Within 2 hours of wearing the ring, it stained my finger green--the metal was cheap quality and they sold it for $20, which is absurd. I came back a few days later to return the ring, but apparently all jewelry sales are final, which they did not disclose ANYWHERE. Additionally, my family member also wished to return a necklace she bought that broke within an hour of use. So we both got a gift cards for our returns and not our money back. This is so unbelievable. Selling cheap quality jewelry and not giving me my money back??

They're always very welcoming and willing to talk about their products! A lot of it is locally made, which they're very proud of. Though the store itself can feel a little tight especially if there's more than a few people, the products (clothes, home goods, decor, etc) are high quality. I was waiting post arrival for a buddy to scoop me up and started to wander around the shops. I am normally not an outdoorsman, especially with fashion, but I always love the hats at these places. And wouldn't you know it, I found a hat I absolutely loved! New hat and discovered a new brand, so win win for a quick visit! Store is well laid out, well kept and clean. Service was meh. The associate was on their phone behind the register the whole time I was in store and I had to get their attention when I had a question. Once at checkout they were friendly. The store was organized really well and had cute items throughout. One nice thing I noticed is they had plenty of the items displayed in the windows- it's always a bummer when you fall in love with something and then there are only a couple in the store. That's not the case here. There are dressing rooms in the back and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also were playing Taylor Swift which I appreciated.

Prices were on the high end but the products unusual so splurge-worthy. I went in there the other day and it looked like the buyers are now about 17 years old. Clothes you would find at the mall perhaps. The cashier was about 17 or 18 years old chatting with a group of her high school friends admiring torn jeans and tank tops. The vibe has changed somewhat and maybe that was their intention. I just think with Mayfair close by we have enough, Hot Topic and Ragstock's that it's not necessary to bring a satellite of those stores to the Wauwatosa Village.
