Until I made this my vape store! My vape was recently lost and a wonderful women helped me select a new vape, traded out coils for me, helped me with a discount, and really just went above and beyond (this is what I've come to expect from this place) and so far I've really enjoyed this new vape! It was cheaper than my other vape by far, doesn't use as much juice as fast, and is a lot smaller! Only down sides is I cannot make those huge annoying clouds anymore and the battery life is WAY less, but over all happy again with the help I got getting a new vape! You guys rock!

Alex was amazingly knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all my questions, no matter how obvious or dumb, and showed me a lot of different types of kits for starting out. As someone who doesn't vape as a hobby or for competition, I only needed something simple and still decent that can replace cigarettes for me. He didn't try to oversell me into anything more complicated or more expensive that I didn't need. He helped me choose a new mi-pod and liquid, showed me how to put it together, how it works, how to turn it off and on, and how to fill and prime the pods. He even let me test various liquids until I found one that I really liked. I was so impressed with this experience and Alex was so helpful and personable that I sent my husband here to buy one the next day as opposed to him going to the shop closer to his work. However today I went to go…read moreget a vape justice and my husband is not able to take the kiddos today, I walked in and one of the managers yelled from across the room "you can't bring kids in here!" Okay cool I get it, yes most places will let you take your 1 year old in as long as your holding them and they can't touch anything but I get that it is a vape shop so I respect that I don't respect getting yelled at like I am nothing though. The icing on the cake though is I went to call another vape shop and on accident called that one. I said "oh sorry wrong number" and this man hung up on me no response. I called back to talk to a manager because I know that I would want to know that's how my employees are treating the customers (that keep the business going) and he informed me he was the manager and did not care at all. I personally will not be going back and I will not be sending anyone their way anymore either. If you like to go places where the employees and definitely the manager thinks he is above everyone else then this is the shop for you, if you don't their is shops with better customer service and I would definitely go there and not here! When I met Anthony he seemed very nice and like he cares about the company and the customers but this other guy seems like he thinks he walks on water. Been going to this place for a few months and then my wife went in today to buy 3 disposable vape…read morepens. Got home and one wasn't working. Took it back to the store and they stated they couldn't do anything with it because it needed to be opened before you leave. This was never mentioned or explained by the worker. Asked them to remedy the situation as I have been a customer for a while.. the employee could have cared less and offered up absolutely nothing. I returned the product but never get my refund so will have to go through the credit card company to dispute the charge. Wouldn't recommend this place as the employee admitted they sell defective goods and don't care to remedy the situation. Stay clear
