My dress came out beautiful and I am so excited to wear it in just a few weeks! I also used Lori to alter my grandmother's wedding dress. It's a delicate dress that was a bit small on me. We added panels, removed the sleeves, cut the length of the dress, and added some beautiful gathering in the waist to create an ankle-length gown with a boat neck style. She helped preserve the style of the dress while making it more comfortable for me. I cannot recommend Lori enough. She's very responsive, listens to your ideas, and gives valuable input based on her expertise. Highly competent instructors. The staff at CBC are all highly skilled, and will help you improve your technique regardless of your current skill level. 2. Lower prices. The price per lesson at CBC is quite a bit less than the typical franchise studio. 3. Great atmosphere for learning. The staff is very friendly and encouraging, allowing you to learn at whatever pace you feel comfortable with. 4. No contracts. Unlike some franchise operations, you are not pressured into signing any contracts designed to prevent you from switching studios. Since CBC is a such a great studio, they don't have to worry about that.

Kay and the faculty are very supportive and attentive to all the kids, regardless of their level. They keep a careful eye on who needs what kind of work and suggest classes accordingly. It's remarkable how well they know each kid, and everything they are dealing with both in and out of dance. They also enforce a policy of all the kids being nice to each other. Everyone applauds for everyone else, everyone thanks the teacher at the end of each class, everyone works hard and is supportive of each other. The studio is growing along with my daughters, so that there are always challenging classes to take and interesting things to learn. They have been given wonderful opportunities not just to perform and to compete, but also to do things like dance at local cultural festivals and for seniors in a care facility.
