Unfortunately, due to no fault of his, we have some neighbors who refuse to contribute to the project, making it unmanageable for the ones who are willing. I would hire him immediately if it were under my control. We are not hiring anyone. In the future, I do plan to use him for maintenance/upgrade of my personal driveway.
