Dusty's Tree Service is extremely efficient and coordinated when they do their tree work…read more We have had them out on two occasions- first in March 2024 to remove a tree that was diseased, and again in December 2024 to remove several deadheads and a few impacted by the hurricanes. They arrived with trucks, a large lift, a mega claw capable of grasping large stacks of 2-ft rounds, and a stump grinder. The coordination in taking down a tree next to a fenceline, using ropes to expertly guide a branch or section to the ground safely was simply poetry in motion. Not a wasted movement. They ground the stumps into dust, raked and removed all the debris, and left the property cleaner than they found it. Dusty is obviously a highy educated arborist, even took time to walk the property with us, identifying each tree and bush with a detailed description of how they grow, prunings to prolong its' life, and expected life spans. I called Ace back and asked if they could trim those branches as well. Within 24 hours he came out and assessed what needed to be done. He gave me a day and time they would return to cut the branches, which they did well within the timeframe given. Usually follow-up work takes several phone calls and lots of waiting and frustration. Triple D is the worst company ever for having your tree removed. We are in our 70's now and got…read morescammed by a company called "Triple D Tree Service here in Florida, by The Villages. They sent us a text message, stating that we needed to initial a form on our mobile phone to permit them to come onto our property and cut down a big Palm tree. They didn't tell us what we were initialing. In my opinion, they tricked us into signing something that absolved them of any responsibility for the damage they did to our property. They should not have had us sign something on a small phone that we really couldn't read very well, and they were not responsible for any damage they did to our property. They caused hundreds of dollars in damage to our irrigation system, as well as the underground wiring that ran to the control box in our garage, & Cut all the wires with their stump grinder. When I told them about the damage, they said. Oh well, we're not responsible for any damage we do. Just wanna give a heads up to everybody to watch out for Triple D Tree Service, rotten to the core. They were in such a hurry, they never cleaned up the area or anything, with a bunch of small rocks in my lawn, twigs everywhere, just, oh well, they're not responsible. We had to hire another company to come out and repair the Triple D mess that they left behind. We have to let everyone else know before they get caught up in the same thing that we did. The actual mess was far worse in reality than the accompanying pictures are able to convey. Shame on you, Triple D, for taking advantage of the elderly.
