My husband and our son set up a movie screen and projector in the cozy "Parlor" and a slideshow of our lives and familymembers ran continuously throughout the event. Kudos to our server who made certain all our beverages and food were perfect. (She wisely made certain that the grandkids were the first to receive their food!) I visited for a Mindful Mornings event on a rainy November morning. Nearby metered street parking was easy to grab. For this event the space was set up for a presentation. A large projector screen was displayed in the front of the room. Small tables were set up on the side featuring some caffeine and sweets from local businesses who partnered for this event. There was ample seating around the room. The signs on the wall could be quickly changed to accommodate a menu or just an inspirational quote or message to fit the theme of the space. In the back of the room there was a full professional kitchen ready for some of the area's culinary talent to make magic happen. From their website "Created and sponsored by Grow. ENJOY: is a 501(c)(3), with a mission to raise funds for local, culturally-focused charities through unique creative experiences." She helped me personal train and helped me understand meal prepping and what to look for in my foods and what I need nutrients-wise for my goal as well as my weight goals! She kept pushing me to my PRs are farther:) She is so understanding and takes every problem I had whether it was with meal-prepping or weight-lifting posture hesitancies and how to overcome.
