I've had my homeowners and car insurance with this agency for a couple of years…read more This year, my homeowner's insurance stopped insuring windstorm coverage. When I received the notification in the mail, I immediately called Jack Ross's office. I was told that there are many people who are losing insurance and they were going through their "stack" based on renewal date. I asked if someone would give me a status as to where I fell in the "stack". They told me someone would call me back. Fast forward three weeks. No call. I called back as I was getting close to my renewal date (yes right in the middle of hurricane season) and I didn't want to be left without insurance. I was again told that someone would call me back. I am now at my renewal date. NO ONE has returned my calls. At the very least, no one has reached out to me on their own accord so that I wouldn't be left without insurance. In the meantime, I reached out to other brokers and received wonderful service from the multiple that I spoke to. Jack Ross has certainly been a huge disappointment. I'd you don't want to insure your customers than pick up the phone and speak to them. Don't leave them without any options. Especially in Houston during hurricane season.
