So we call Central Valley Insurance and asked if this was part of their DMV capabilities. We were told yes but you need to come in tomorrow, so we did. Let me tell you this place was amazing as soon as you walk in it feels inviting and the receptionist makes sure you feel welcome. She was so fun to talk with it didn't really feel like we were waiting. After a few minutes we met Gia, this lady is professional yet personable. She has to be the queen of multitasking she helped us while waiting on hold with DMV. She was so friendly and helpful, she made my son and wife feel like the most important people. On top of that she tried to get our late fees waived and were done with in 25 minutes. Of course there is a small fee, but Gia is worth every penny.
