We do not get to this Fred Meyer that often because we live out of state, but if we lived in the Twin Falls area, I am sure that we would be regulars. We are sure to go every time we are in town - whether we are staying there or just passing through. It is a combination grocery store and department store that feels like the size of a small town. We were in the area for Thanksgiving weekend and were able to grab some snacks for the road and shop for Christmas gifts at the same time. The variety of goods and services seems never-ending. Bakery, deli, sushi, pharmacy, clothing, toys, video/electronics, books, grocery of all kinds, flowers, etc. They have a very nice Clearance section as well - we found some gifts in that area at terrific prices. All of the employees we spoke to were friendly and helpful. They honor Fry's Rewards which we have from living in Arizona and shopping at their sister stores. read more

I am such a fan of Fred Meyer and have only shopped at the stores in Oregon when I was visiting. While staying at a hotel a few miles down, I happened to see this store and decided I would shop here, just because. Fred Meyer kind of reminds me of one of those Greatland Target stores (or like a Wal Mart, but nicer) that has many departments and grocery. The grocery section is pretty big and would say similar to the size of a small market with the vast selection of food items. My husband and I came in on a Friday night and just browsed. We ended up purchasing some cute kid camping chairs for my nephews because they were on sale and having a buy one, get one 1/2 off on top of it. I also ended up purchasing some cute Idaho souvenirs. I liked browsing through the book section towards the back of the store and was surprised to see the amount of books they had for children but also for teens and adults. Employees we interacted with on this visit were friendly. If I lived around here, I would be a regular. read more

This store is always clean and in order. The customer service is good except in the floral department. I shop there a lot . I also order grocery pick up and they are excellent with their customer service. I have needed help at the customer service desk and they are always respectful and willing to help. Absolutely disgusting service these cashier workers in this store are so rude especially this one disgusting worker. Recently I was buying some cake and soda for one of my relatives birthday, things were all going good until we went to the cashier to checkout. She complemented what we bought by saying nice things. After that we were all checked out we then asked her for bags for our sodas. She commented by saying what the hell?! We thought. She was joking until she grabbed the sodas shoved them in bags and threw them into the cart. I was extremely disappointed and surprised I couldn't believe what I have saw fire this disgusting woman. read more

The set up at the store was a little congested in the clothing department. Like always they had some really great sales, but when going to try on clothing the woman at first seemed helpful. But when I had left the fitting room I could hear her speaking to another employee about how annoyed she is with putting clothes back. I mean I made a big purchase of clothing as we don't have a Fred Meyer's in Reno Nevada. I always love coming to Fred Meyer's their clothing are always high-quality and always have a special or a deal happening. The woman Alicia noticed that I had overheard her and another employee talking essentially about myself and the others that had tried clothes on. She was annoyed that she had to do her job at all I'm not sure why you're in a customer service position if you dislike people or your job. read more

love Fred Meyer, I frequent the curbside pickup but love shopping the isle. Everyone is friendly.

I may have only checked in a couple of times, but I shop at Fred Meyer at least 3X's a week. What I like best about them is, they have a section with whole foods, some that is in bulk form, and a nice selection of herbs and vitamins. We don't have enough variety here in Twin for natural foods, so Freddies is a nice option. They also have fresh fish, by the meat department that has some of the best fresh salmon we can find in town. They sell a bit of everything from outdoors, to shoes and clothes, housewares, beer and wine, books, decorations, furniture, office supplies, bathroom and toiletries, automotive, seasonal and even a Jewelry department and daycare services. It's just way too convenient. Why not get it all done at once! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they are bit more expensive than the other big market stores in Twin. read more

do not buy any electronics from the store. I purchased a tablet less than 24 hours ago from the store. The tablet was defective and would not stay on a Wi-Fi network. I didn't like the interface and decided to return it first thing this morning. I was told I could not get a refund. They could exchange it or give me an in-store credit only. I told them I did not like the tablet and wanted my money back.At the point of purchase I was never told of this horrible return policy. read more

Previous to this visit we had never been in a Fred Meyer before. This one seemed HUGE with a wide selection of things for sale from tools to groceries to clothes to decor. Staff seemed friendly, we were in a hurry so we didn't have time to shop a lot and just grabbed what we needed and left. Seems like a good one stop shop if you have errands to run. read more

Oh how I wish thee were in California, Freddy. It's something of a wider selection than Target offers, or what WalMart forever aspires to be but never will: a vast selection of actually not rubbish clothing, a full grocery store, bakery, in-store bank (Chase no less, not even a teeny no-name one, complete with a drive-up ATM outside), electronics, home wares, oh, and my favorite -- a map to find the key areas. (Another item WalMart could learn from, though their model is focused on letting you forage, lest you discover more stuff to buy.) We were there at 8am on a Sunday, so it was quiet, super tidy, but the staff were awake, alert and helpful. Managed to scoop up some pre-trip nibbles and other essentials for the long final leg back to the San Francisco area. read more

No one in the store is required to wear a mask there's a sign at the front that says so but nobody cares. The staff is clearly afraid of the clientele. When you go in to Costco everyone is wearing a mask when you go into Fred Meyer's half the people wear a mask. It's not right. To make matters worse there are these display food items in each aisle which pushes the clientele closer to each other in the situation where you have to people are not wearing masks or social distancing. read more

Left some prescriptions at home while on a long trip. Folks at the pharmacy were awesome. Typical Fed Meyer's fare. Needed a bottle opener on the way out. The service desk was helpful there. As always, free cookies for the kids. Great service, lots of smiles, got those prescriptions, and we're off. read more

Soon after July I noticed a mandate mask sign located on your front doors. Shortly there after it was gone and I saw a kiosk sign in your vestibule. The sign reads basically, no mask no service. 1/3-1/2 of the customers have not been wearing masks . The staff/cashiers/mgt continue to serve and chk out customers without a mention. I saw mgt stocking and customers were shopping down the same aisle with no mask. Numerous times I've witnessed. (Medical conditions do not equate to 1/3-1/2 of your customers each n every time) Posting a sign, yet not willing to enforce is very unprofessional. I asked a couple of the cashiers over the course of a month, and the common answer is..."we can't enforce it..." What their saying is....our managers aren't enforcing and we don't see them as our examples! Having owned n managed businesses, I put my staff n customers first. Why mandate if your not willing to enforce? (If u can't control your requirement, than don't require) Why risk the safety of your staff n clientele ( those abiding by your 'ask') and risk their health and those of their families, if your not willing to refuse serving those breaking your store 'temporary' rules? Trust me, the majority of intelligent individuals will respect. If you loose a percentage, so be it! I've been a loyal Kroger customer for over 40 years. read more

I was taken aback with the vegan selection of goods. and the sales were outrageous! we are road tripping and we have our standard camping fare: packaged Indian meals (did not expect to see these here), cheap as shit larabars/luna bars, cheap kettle chips (yes we like our chips, knudsen juices, etc, etc. i was impressed and shocked to see such an awesome place in (sorry to say it) Idaho. i say it like that because being vegan on the road sometimes can be a challenge. bravo! read more

This place is pretty cool, kind of a Fred Meyer or Smith's Marketplace Lite. Selection here is good, but not quite as good on a number of things as the Albertson's. Getting into the lots of each is its own respective challenge and parking is kind of funky here comparatively. This one is my preference because I loves me some fuel points. Toy selection is ok, more or less consistent with what you would expect for a place the size of TF and with a much larger toy store down the road. Very good job all around. read more

My adventure to the Deli was a nightmare. When I was finally waited on, the gentleman was honestly perplexed that I wanted to order a salad from the catering menu. After 4 attempts at explaining and showing him pictures; he went and got a co-worker who launched into some ludicrous discussion regarding when the salads in case were made--again showed pictures. My daughter is sick to her stomach from accidentally taking a pain prescription on an empty stomach and keeps having the dry heaves. I called all the way from Nevada to the Twin Falls, Idaho Fred Meyer's store. After having gotten the run around for a while, I finally found someone who understood that I was calling to see whether they had coke syrup for nausea. When I called my daughter back, a female employee told her they did not have any and referred her to some anti nausea pills near the pharmacy. My daughter told this lady that her mother had just called and that she learned there was some in the pharmacy. The lady was snoty to her. Perhaps the anti nausea pills were more money? I do not appreciate this at all. My daughter did not feel like being there at all and did not need someone to be rude to her. Next time I'll suggest she go somewhere else! read more

I'm a fan of Fred Meyer and shop at one whenever I can. This review will pertain to whether or not an RV can easily maneuver around the parking lot. Kind of dicey. I was in a 32 foot Class C. If someone is coming out the access road to the parking lot, there is not a lot of room for you to turn in. You basically have to sit on Blue Lake Blvd and hold up traffic (and probably get flipped off) until everyone coming OUT the access road have cleared. Then you can turn in. As for trying to park, good luck. This is a very busy Fred Meyer. I barely found a place to park near the gas station. And when I had to leave to get to the gas station, it was a bit dicey. Had to do some forward, back up, forward, back up, stuff to turn around to get to the gas station. Further, there are no arrows in the gas station, cars are allowed to go either way. Fortunately, no one was in the end island, so I got it. But guess what, after you get filled up, you have to navigate over a speed bump and hope the bottom of your RV clears the speed bump. And, when you try to leave the parking lot, if other cars are entering the access road to turn on to Blue Lake Blvd, you have to wait back, and hold up traffic behind you, until the cars clear so you can get onto the access road out. Then, turning on to the access road from the gas station is dicey. I held up a few cars trying to do this. Other than the RV parking situation, it's a very nice store! read more

As far as big box stores go this place is really great. The food is always clean and fresh in the produce and meat section. The people in eletronics and clothing are helpful as well. If you need Walmart type shopping but are willing to spend just a little more for quality come to this store. read more

My family has shopped at Fred Meyer since they opened this store in Twin Falls. I truly enjoy shopping in this store with the only exception being the pharmacy. On numerous occasions over the years they have not carried my medications. I have to wait from 2 to 5 extra days to get my prescriptions filled at this location. This is unacceptable. The technicians give me excuses but to this day not one notification that of any delay. No word that they could not fill it when it was needed. The rest of the store is wonderful with the most friendly and we often shop at this store 3 to 4 times a week. I gave 4 stars due to the difficulties that I have had with the pharmacy. I am considering other pharmacies that will be able to adequately fill my prescriptions when I need them, not when they feel like they want to fill them at their leisure. read more
