Then they no showed on the 2nd to install it. And when the installer finally came on the 8th, he said it was missing so many parts it could not work. When I called customer service, they said I exceeded the 3 day return policy and they won't take it back. When I bought it they were supposed to deliver it on 12/22 and install it on 12/27. The store manager said if it didn't work on installation I'd have three days to return it. Not 3 days from the time they dropped it off. Their own installer could not make it work. SCAMMERS & LIARS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

When we got our furniture there the lady didnt try and talk us into anything bit helps us find what we wanted and everything was good. Later went back to get a Nintendo Switch(because everyone else was sold out at the time) the lady helping us was real pushy and had no idea what she was talking about so i had to ask if anyone else here knew more about the gaming system and she said not really and stood there looking at us. So i finally looked em up on my phone still not knowing exactly what i was looking for. I think she got mad and took extra long with the paperwork. Lord help you if you are LITERALLY 2-3 days late on a payment the collections department will call several times a day from different numbers in different states trying to make you feel bad for not paying on time even if its just as simple as you forgot or your waiting for your next payday to make the payment. Finally got em paid off what will NEVER use their credit again. If i do go back i will pay cash or credit card not theirs.
