He can recognize my voice on the phone just with a prompt of my first name. I've heard some people have to wait a week or so to hear back from their agents... not so with him! Even if he's not available right away, you'll probably hear back from him within an hour or so. As far as business goes, my claims have always been handled quickly and efficiently. He has never pressured me to upgrade to a policy that I don't need or can't afford, and he has always gone out of his way to ensure that I have the best price possible. I called the company back and spoke to a "manager" telling them that Deborah was blocked and not allowed to call me. That person there at EIG said "employees were allowed to make personal calls" from that business number and they weren't going to do anything about the issue.
