I had first contacted Hai a couple years ago to request a quote on car insurance. My daughter was…read moregoing to start driving and the quote I received from our previous insurance agent was extremely high. After we sent the cancellation letter to my previous insurance agent, he contacted me and suggested that I review the quote carefully and get clarifications on a few items because there was no way another insurance company could provide a better deal without cutting corners. Hai was able to easily alleviate any concerns my previous agent caused. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me. This year I had to submit my first claim after our basement flooded. I have never had to submit a claim but Hai has been so helpful throughout the entire process. After talking to the claims adjuster, I was confused because he stated our policy limit was a lot less than what I saw on the Declarations page. Hai was able to contact the claims adjuster to have him review the claim again. Since then, the claims adjuster was pretty unresponsive and Hai continued to regularly follow up with him and escalated the issue to his managers. After almost a month, the claims adjuster contacted me and provided an update on the claim. I am so grateful for Hai's assistance throughout this claims process!

Last Dec we got a letter from the KDR saying we owed them $1900.00 from 2017 , upon further investigation we learned that $550.00 of that was from Penalties and Interest. My husband is a Contractor and had worked in 4 different states that yr and paid state taxes in all states, she recorded all 4 state tax amounts as being paid to Ks, therefore we received a return that was not due us. When brought to her attention she never admitted fault, amended our taxes and sent in an abatement letter asking to reverse the penalties and/or interest. When asked about those she said she would do our taxes free for us the following year. The end result , the state did not change anything, amount of Tax owed, penalties or Interest. We have never heard a word from her , she did not go to bat for us at all.
