It really is worth the trip, not far from the nearest metro stop it best described as a grainy hipster bar where 99% of the clientele are locals. There are retro pictures on the walls and bicycles hanging from the roof. Apart from that it is pretty basic with no fancy edges, just a chalkboard with 10-ish craft beers from across the globe on tap. I had an amazing IPA from New Zealand which is one of the best beers I have had on this trip to Copenhagen. Definitely worth a look if you like new beers and want to get of the beaten track. I was dragged here after a hearty meal at the Ethiopian restaurant on the same street further down Nørrebrogade and this place is just perfect. I like that there are more and more craftbeer bar in Copenhagen that gives no excuse to drink a bad beer. They have their beer list on the blackboard by the bar and you could get a taste of what you will order, and since it's called Ølsnedkeren, they make their own bottled beer as well. Too bad I had to hurry home because I was drinking on a Wednesday, but I would definitely come back to this place again.

On a late night stroll with colleagues through downtown Copenhagen, we find ourselves at the…read morelegendary Jerbanecafeen. It is quite the neighborhood pub. Jerbanecafeen has been around since the early 30s. The decades have been kind to this bar and it's patrons. The decor is an homage to its histrory. They crowd is lively and pints are constantly getting poured. There are people singing, talking, and laughing. The atmosphere is clearly about having a good time. As you look around the bar, you can see all of the vestiges of history that makes this place so unique. I look forward to my next visit.

Being a student in a technical university makes you meet with all sorts of people who like all sorts of places. The moose is a favorite for DTU people. So I have been several times drinking beers there and I have had a lot of fun in this little bar. You always meet new people here, everyone always seems happy, friendly and talkative in here. But if you are a cocktail kind of person just don't go there. It's a pure experience to visit the moose. I think it's the only bar in cph I know that never closes. Or was it that it closes for one hour to clean somewhere in the morning. Apart from that you can count on moose for a beer. Always. The beer is cheap (25dkk if I remember right). The only negative thing for me (positive for others) is that it is a smokey bar. So you can smoke as much as you want inside, which is a bit annoying for me as a non smoker.
