My car broke down and AAA sent Freddy's out - Issac and Jason were extremely kind and caring - took a look at my car and knew immediately what was wrong. THey towed us past their shop to a car rental place in Eastland, got the parts and fixed my jeep in less than 24 hours, and took it to the car rental place to make my life easier. Customer service is still alive at Freddy's Garage in Ranger Texas. I was looking for an authorized dealer for Safe-T-Plus in the DFW area and it seemed everyone was too busy to call me back. I contacted Freddy's Garage and was nicely greeted by a lady named Ginger. She transferred me to Jason who was able to order the product I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable. I set up an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived at Freddy's I ask for Ginger, who was very pleasant, who introduced me to Carol and Jason. A few minutes later they set me up with Tito for the install. He did a great job. The test drive was done by Freddy. He and I had a great visit while Tito installed the Safe-T-Plus. Freddy's Garage II is a ripoff. Avoid them at all costs unless you like playing shady mechanic games. Our suburban wouldn't shift past first gear, I told them the exact part to replace. They took 3 days to "get the part and install it" we drove about 2 miles before the problem returned. I called them to ask about the part and they said they just cleaned it, not replace it and I needed a new transmission. I was done with them, they wouldn't refund the charge for the fake part. I drove to my regular mechanic in Watauga and he replaced the part and it worked. This was who AAA sent to tow us, Freddy's, right on I20 South side across from DQ. read more

Jamie absolutely saved our asses tonight. We were stuck 90 miles from home at almost midnight, and when he came to tow us he fixed our problem instead and saved us the time and money it would've taken for the tow and fixed parts. Willing to go the extra mile, I would absolutely recommend him - he woulda gotten more from the tow than for just fixing our problem but did it anyway! read more

I have used Freddy's now for both their wrecker service and repair to my truck. The latest was a repair where a local shop had missed the problem twice ................and I got nothing in exchange. Jason and his team at Freddy's quickly figured it out and repaired it for half what I thought it was going to cost. I highly recommend these folks and will never go anywhere else. My experience at this shop was excellent. One of my drivers got in an accident on my semi Truck at 10pm n we had to tow the truck to the shop. The work was done in a professional manner n the price was reasonable. I didn't get charged for storage fees when I came to fix my truck. The ppl there are very nice n helpful. They get my truck running n the price was just right!!!! Defiantly would do business with them again. America needs more nice ppl like them. read more
