When she picked up the car the left head light was not aimed right. (Too high blinding traffic) They told my wife it would take more than an hour and she would have to leave the car with them again. LC was very helpful in explaining to me that the issue that I was experiencing was caused by a simple adjustment that needed to be made. I ended up only paying a minimal charge to have the adjustment made, instead of paying for parts that I did not need for my car. I great appreciate LC not taking advantage of the situation. He could easily have said that I needed all of these parts replaced to fix the issue, and I would have been like well you are the mechanic you know what you are talking about.
