Dr. Scott is a fantastic communicator. They do seem to be Christian based; however, in no way shape of form has he or any other staff member ever forced religion or his/their beliefs on anyone. Just really sweet, good hearted folks. I've now been five times. Each visit has thankfully improved my condition and overall quality of life. I'm moving towards eliminating the chronic pain that I've had for 10+ years. They really know what they're doing!!! The therapy is great. I really enjoyed looking at the X-Rays and having my issues explained to me in terms that were easily understandable. I've actually learned a lot about why I have these issues and have also learned some really effective and simple exercises and stretches. They also have massage chairs and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) devices. They are diligent at keeping shared equipment and surfaces disinfected. Also, very flexible and not rude if you need to reschedule. Masks are currently a requirement. They sometimes will run a Facebook promotion. Follow and Like their page. On my appointment weeks ago I showed up for my appointment to talk with and meet this strange so called "pain doctor." I decided on this visit to wear my new red baseball cap that SIMPLY reads on front 'MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.' IF course for us who are educated know this hat was inspired by President Donald Trump. I feel it is very possible....no extremely relevant that this foreign pain doctor decided to rather hurt me because of what I believe in as an AMERICAN and not to treat my many pain symptoms. Nurse Cole has been exceedingly helpful with my father. This morning we had called in for an appointment and rushed to get here. Although we arrived about five minutes late she was kind enough to come out and advised that due to a walk-in she was running a little bit late. She could've just ignored us but she didn't. The problem isn't with the doctor or the nurse but with the overall organization, I think he has the words I am looking for. If there is a problem, they will say they called you, and yet I only have one cell phone and there are no voicemails or recent calls that say they called me. Also, I know I am not a wounded veteran and there is nothing special about me, and yet when I have a situation that I have been dealing with for almost 6 months, it seems like there is not a hurry to get this taken care of. The pain at times is excruciating and all I am wanting to do is get some help. It's to the point where it seems like I have to get another job that offers insurance, so I am able to find a doctor outside of the VA. I do appreciate any help that I get, but when it's not the help that I am looking for, the not help outweighs the help.

The memory care unit is a hot mess. Patients entering rooms that aren't theirs,taking things that do not belong to them and patients with open wounds wondering around, a man with no pants was told to get dressed. He clearly needed help and none was given. . Clogged toilets and dirty dark rooms . Nurse staff brought their pets with them to work and got way more attention than any patient there. This place should be a big nope for you. Do not leave your loved one there. ..they will make it difficult to get them moved out.

This was our first visit; the office welcoming but there was a sign upon entrance, showing first names of patients for that day. Little details such as this really made the appointment a very enjoyable time. All of the staff were very genuinely friendly, my son didn't have a hard time opening up or make me do the talking for him. He was thrilled to get a "Sadler" chap-stick after his X-rays ; he was actually speaking so much during the appointment, I had to do a few double takes. Lol He is getting his braces this week, he's excited for the entire experience. They have a patient rewards program where you can earn points for so many things; being on time to appointments, no cavities, good grades, liking their social media, taking surveys, reviews, etc. This is motivating him which has helped him not be as nervous as I expected and is additional incentive to keep doing his best at school. Again, this place is the best. We are so pleased already and there's no way we would ever choose anywhere else!!
