Of the times I've seen him, he has placed my rib back in place many times. He has fixed a migraine that had lasted days. I once had the worst stiff neck ever that lasted 3 days and I couldn't turn my head all the way one direction. Not like it was painful to do so, but I physically could not get that direction. He did 3 different maneuvers and within seconds I could feel the pain subsiding and I could finally turn my head again. I had some muscle pain from not treating more quickly that healed over the next few days but the excruciating pain and limitation of movement were gone. I've had a fever that broke within an hour of treatment and honestly there's probably more. He's always polite and honest about treatment. I love Dr. Donna and Dr. Loney both. They're just super kind people that obviously care and know what they're doing.

My surgeon suggested that the inequality of my leg lengths might well be the cause of my pain and sent me to Prevail. In one-half hour the left shoe of the pair I was wearing was fitted with a significant lift (not an insert but affixed to the length of my shoe. The cessation of 90+ % of the pain was almost immediate and some days I am pain-free wearing the modified shoes. Nurse Cole has been exceedingly helpful with my father. This morning we had called in for an appointment and rushed to get here. Although we arrived about five minutes late she was kind enough to come out and advised that due to a walk-in she was running a little bit late. She could've just ignored us but she didn't. The problem isn't with the doctor or the nurse but with the overall organization, I think he has the words I am looking for. If there is a problem, they will say they called you, and yet I only have one cell phone and there are no voicemails or recent calls that say they called me. Also, I know I am not a wounded veteran and there is nothing special about me, and yet when I have a situation that I have been dealing with for almost 6 months, it seems like there is not a hurry to get this taken care of. The pain at times is excruciating and all I am wanting to do is get some help. It's to the point where it seems like I have to get another job that offers insurance, so I am able to find a doctor outside of the VA. I do appreciate any help that I get, but when it's not the help that I am looking for, the not help outweighs the help.
