I've tried different washing detergents even tried pods used 3 in the smallest washer which is two loads not one soap sud was in the washer after the wash and then the rinse cycle came. Once the cycles finished my clothes didn't even have a fresh scent like they were just washed in water without soap. I've notified staff in numerous of occasions and they want to argue it's not their machines it must be my detergent or this or that. Some staff has even provided me with soap powder to wash my load and it was better but never how I'm use to washing machines being at other laundry mats. Writing this review bc I have wasted time and money yet again giving them another chance. Never again. Time to find a new laundry mat

Only 3 machines was in use and I checked every machine and all of them was full of unused detergent from others . I kindly asked a girl behind counter reading a book and she came right over and partially flushed out 2 dubble machines and right back to her book. I needed 3 dubbles and a triple. As I was putting my dirty cloths back in bags another man loaded his cloths in the one that was flushed out and I told him about detergent but I don't believe he spoke English lol. But he knew after starting machine that suds wasn't supposed to be coming out the top. Usually they do good keeping up with machines. Not tonight. Myself I will not come back. I will spend my money somewhere clean.

They do have a sign that says face masks are required, but no one enforces it because each time I go, maybe 3 people out of 15 have one on. It's usually the staff. So, good on them. I usually wait in my car for my laundry to finish, away from all the mask-less people.

To me that's totally dishonest and intentional, demonstrating greed. Secondly - if your machine breaks, and it the mat is unmanned like it is while they watch on camera and make money all day - it's a $10 minimum to refill your card. Because my card only had enough for the dryer, not the additional $5.50 washer. So I will leave with like a $6 bal now I will never use again Third - My washer #9 did not fill up with water and washed dry and then got water and washed during the rinse leaving my clothes full of soap, there was a glitch. I was trying to contact them in real time both my phone and text. And they were unresponsive. Last - And I told them I was going to leave them this Yelp review. I had to wash my clothes again.
