I spoke with the dispatcher and was told they would arrange for technicians to come out, but no one ever contacted me. I then called Mr. Appliance's national customer service and was assured the local franchise would contact me. More than a week passed with no response. I also submitted a written complaint through their national website and still received no resolution. I understand that businesses can have staffing issues, but after paying $637 for a repair, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect them to honor their warranty and at least return my calls. He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.

We called Liberty, and a technician was at the house within an hour. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. A floor installation mishap in the past had caused the dishwasher to be locked in place. The tech somehow managed to get the washer out without pulling up the floor or causing any damage to it, which has seemed like an impossible task. He then used spare flooring to create a base for the washer so it wouldn't be a problem in the future. Most importantly, he found the faulty component in the dishwasher, showed me what was wrong, and quickly replaced it and got the dishwasher back in place. Good work at a fair price.

Instead he told AHS the dishwasher was not accessible and that I the home owner would have to remove it. Even though nothing is in the way and the dishwasher is installed just like any other dishwasher. I would not recommend G&L because when real work needs to be done they won't do it. If you need someone to talk only they are good at that.
