I have never been so disrespected or insulted by a supposed business establishment. They acted as if I was bothering them just by calling. They did not attempt to help, their words exactly were "we can't help you". I talked to someone named Alan on an earlier shift and they were very helpful and informative, but calling a few hours later I was not greeted with that same respect. I was talked to like I was bugging, after requesting to speak with someone else, I was told that no one else was available, however a few minutes into the conversation, a woman joined in yelling at me saying "we already told you we can't help you why are you calling": This is my first experience with a bail bondsmen & my brothers first time in jail & he was treated like a helpless case. Well Paddy's Day got a bit crazy and my roommate ended up needing to be bailed out. Basically the guy told us she had too many warrants and couldn't help, their policy has changed and their manager won't approve because people they bail out with warrants usually go back into warrant status. I told him they have helped me and the past with the same thing. He said no anymore. I thought that bailsbonds people help people with warrants.
