Highly illegal. These people cold called everyone I know when I was taken in for a DUI. I was told by multiple officers that I didn't need bail for a first offense. This place contacted me at 630 am asking about my wife who was arrested the night before. I assumed she contacted them to get her out, what they did was pull my number off of records somewhere and fish with it. I dont appreciate that at all. This was the only company in the whole city of Las Vegas that did this. Now they keep contacting me because my wife won't sign paperwork when she never got asked for get bonded out anyways. I really needed the bondman to wake me up at 630 fishing for sales like I didn't know my wife was arrested. I would have to say that this is maybe one of the worst and most unreliable Bail bonds that you could find in Las Vegas. We first came to this Bail bonds back in August to bail out a family member but unfortunately Alex and her team didn't take the paperwork on time to the court and unfortunately ICE came that day in the night and picked him up because he had no legal status because this Bail Bonds team was to slow to deliver paperwork on time. We called back to ALex and said their was nothing they could do and that they would return the collateral money of 3000 dollars within a month. Called back a month later, she said they would send us applications for the collateral return and never did. Kept calling back constantly and would they thelwere either on lunch, doctors appointment or with another client. Eventually four months past and after calling every hour for the next month they finally decided to send the collateral return. It took 7 months for me to receive the check for the collateral back. So if you ever have a family member in jail do not trust this Bail bond because they will not do their work fast enough and will answer your calls whenever they feel like it. Update: After posting this review the owner of this bail bond replied to the post! I just can't believe that's he dares to call me a liar after all the time and money that we waisted on them. I will now attach photos of the email that I sent out to Lilian ( Manager) on January 3rd of 2018. When the owner claim that I first contacted them again until February 23rd! Mr.Manny, please make sure that your workers are actually working instead of sitting there reading and replying to reviews! Every time we called they seemed to have different response to not help us. Like you can see in this email, I had been calling the office several times to the point that it got so frustrating that I had to bring it up to the managers attention on January third.
