Having a background in Seminary from Bethel myself, I feel that this is truly the church home I have always needed. Growing up in the word of faith/prosperity preaching generation, there had been many times that I felt "not enough". Once I was freed from this type of doctrine, my relationship with God grew stronger than I ever could have imagined. I went with a friend who needed prayer for a bad back. Upon our arrival we quickly realized that…read morethe pastor appeared and smelled as though he was drunk. Slurring words and preaching crazy things that only pointed to himself and to his self appointed title as a prophetic pastor. In his message he said "If you don't have a word from the Lord for someone then you better make one up." This is a false prophet. Dangerous, so we got up and left. Held in a dingy hotel and not at all welcoming. Avoid at all costs. Also, my friend paid the singer a complement about her voice and her response was "I know." Lacking humility. Felt really icky after we left.

M.I.M.I. is NOT RELIGIOUS (typical) CHURCH! it's a body of believers who worship together but they are also making a global impact as a revival resource and equipping center. There are annual metro conferences they host, weekly trainings, and a ministry school to experience more of God and the ways of His kingdom. They Are About Revival: Finally I don't have to jump on a plane! there is a place close to home that is SAFE. Where I can say I am honestly able to experience the personal, regional, and global expansion of God's kingdom through His manifest presence. Their number one priority is a personal relationship with God. 1. Their first ministry is to God with extravagant joy and gratitude. 2. Freedom through Salvation. Teaching sound truths in that Salvation frees us from the power of the devil - sin, lies, sickness and torment. 3. Supernatural Ministry.
