A rep came to our home with different colors and styles. We went along with what the roofer recommended 6" seamless k style while aluminum gutters. The elbows, splash guards, down spouts & .032 mm gauge are included. The 20 year warranty on materials and 5 yrs. on labor made Family Gutters attractive. Our home was freshly painted, the pavers have been power washed & our home looks pristine. We were concerned about this job becoming a mess. We had to call them 3 times before the same woman from the office told us that they weren't coming out again because they didn't get the material . Years later I paid them to perform maintenance on 60 ft of gutter. The estimate was high but I just wanted it off my plate. The guy they sent for the estimate didn't even get up to look at the gutter state. Then the person they sent to do the job was in and out in 65 minutes for a ridiculous amount of money. The worst part is he didn't even do a good job (see pictures) and left a mess for me to clean up. They sent him out again and it became clear that he never even had tested the seals. When I complained they gave a me $50 discount. I still feel I got charged double what the work was worth.
