My roofing quote included the statement-- Replace 38 sheets of plywood at a cost of $80 per sheet (if needed) for $3,040. While the workers replaced less than 15 sheets of plywood, I was charged for all 38 panels. After 2 months of trying to get this resolved, the Area Manager for CS1 was to come out for this and other issues. No one EVER showed up or called. I have texted CS1 numerous times, with zero resolution. They even scraped my brand new picture window and front railing. I had to have another company come out and do mold remediation in my attic as they did not even replace panels that should have been replaced. I also never received an itemized bill or warranty for the new roof. VERY DISAPPOINTING and would NEVER recommend this company for anything.

But most important they are exceptionally good at what they say they can do. We brought them in to repair the work of a contractor who sold us a bill of goods and did lousy work. Worst yet, the previous contractor was a liar and stole material. They were very professional, gave us an accounting of every penny spent, encouraged us to use a Home Depot gift card so all purchases could be tracked. And any materials bought at a lumberyard was priced and labeled. The work was exceptional. Roady is a true artist with wood. He reframed the doors, and fixed the wood steps. The job was superb. Every contractor that came in told me that wood steps are some of the most difficult and expensive work--these guys provided great value at a more than competitive price. Lee did exceptional work with concrete and masonry. They finished on budget and under the timeline. I cannot say enough to promote this tiny company that does not have a website, and is simple a small family business of craftsmen. Their specialities are brick, concrete, wood, painting and although I did not witness this work landscaping.
