Also if you have issues with speaking in respectful tone and manner maybe you shouldn't put your personal number on the advertisement and just get a secretary I mean normally it's all family run business's anyways so go be a dick somewhere else and not towards ready to spend big money customers. Its not like doing Bonds is a hard job you get paid to fill out some forms and drive to different location. Customer Service is none existent anymore it seems and false advertisement is on the rise.... Why bother making these elaborate Web Pages with all these options and then not bother serving potential customers with at least a shred of respect there is so many things this prick could of said that would of been understandable and acceptable but to just be so rude for no reason???? But that is fine I will take his suggestion and spend my cash somewhere else with a company that will at least pretends to care and have respect on the phone and be professional. That made a great first impression because when you need to bail someone out, that is not the time you want or need to leave a message to be called back at a later time. Mr. Carlton stepped in and took control for me. First he had to find out the specifics of the case to be able to assist us and he did just that. He then explained how the process would work to me. He also called the court and was able to post the bond for my friend and secured his release. We were completely overwhelmed because it was our first time having to deal with the court system and bail bonds. Mr. Carlton helped us out of a jam and did it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Dominion Bail Bonds and Mr. Carlton because when you are in need of help like this, it is great to know that the person on the other end of the phone cares.

I'm sorry to have to disagree with the last two reviews, but James seriously helped me when no one…read moreelse would. In 2016 I was arrested on two felony charges and given a $5,000 bail. I spoke to James while in jail over the course of a few days. I would have been able to pay my own bail, but not for another 2-3 weeks, and I needed to be out of jail to do it. James helped me get out without putting ANYTHING down, only requiring my husband to come sign for me, which he did. And in the next three weeks, I paid him the $500 for my bond. I've NEVER in my life met anyone who was willing to do that for me. So to me, James has my ABSOLUTE respect and trust. He treated me like a friend, was easy to get along with and speak to, and for that I'll ALWAYS be grateful. Also, if anyone looks further down on this page, you can see there are an additional 4 reviews that "weren't recommended"---incidentally all 4 reviews are STELLAR and POSITIVE... what a coincidence the only ones showing up are the two negative ones.
