I can't say enough fantastic things about the doctors. They are kind, caring, very knowledgeable, and if they were running the therapy portion, it would be worth it. The front desk staff is also good to deal with and everyone is very friendly there. So first thing - you'll go in, you'll get x-rays, and then you'll be presented with a plan if needed to help address your concerns. Stop right there. Go there for chiropractic adjustments but nothing else. I HIGHLY recommend you find an actual physical therapist to help you resolve your issues. Most people come in and are given a few stretches and a few exercises to do. You're then kind of just expected to work on your own, and do those things over and over and over again. The staff and the manager of that area are too busy talking amongst themselves to pay any attention to you. Even when they aren't busy, they won't put in the work. Or if they do try to tell you what to do, they'll just tell you to do the same thing over and over again because it's easy. Even though the manager and friends are too busy chatting to pay any attention to you, they will mark down whatever exercises you have done, so they can then bill your insurance for a "therapy session". Which entails you driving all the way in there, doing your one set of stretches, getting adjusted, and then leaving. It's a joke and people don't improve because there is no attention, no one looking at your form, making suggestions, helping you progress, or making any changes based on what you need. They then may tell you that you need braces, like for your back. The case manager will tell you one is $1,100.00. However, when you actually get the brace and google it, you'll learn that you can get it on Amazon or from other companies for $70 - $100.00. The neck brace costs $200.00, so you could pay for those without paying this team thousands of dollars to ignore you and bill your insurance for inappropriate amounts of money. I really hope this helps someone not lose that much money and find a therapist that will actually be able to help reduce your pain and heal.

They were really good about setting up a quick appointment for me since I was out of my meds. They do not shy away from treating people with all types of conditions. They really are caring people and treat you like a family member not a chart. They worked with me through appointments and have helped me through every step of the way. They now have me on the correct meds I should be on and have me in what I consider the best shape I been in. The main person I deal with is Meredith Pressnell. She is a great person and a great nurse practitioner. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a doctor that listens to your concerns and treats you right to check this place out. Mom says the best thing about her 4 weeks here is "The constant care they give." She advises others to have their dog visit since that brings you even more attention! 5 STARS and more to the therapy team. Superb communication and progress data to patient and family. Other places we just heard, "Shes doing well." The aides, nurses and housekeeping staff are all very good but with one exception, they change so often in this big facility that we didn't have much chance to develop a relationship or communicate. We had a little challenge chasing down the nurses to find out about meds, BP, etc. One nurse failed to start a med when mom needed it because the script was from an outside doctor and she thought it was confusing. We wouldn't have even known if we weren't constantly monitoring meds. We think that nurse was actually scolded by the doctor. She was trying to be diligent but delaying a critical med for 24 hours was not her only option. We saw a doctor only 1x and the NP only 1x which was strange to us but Mom was doing fine so they weren't needed. The nutritionist was fantastic as were the Social Services staff, Ashley and GiGi. Much better than we have ever experienced!!!! I would definitely return to Kingston, but as always, a family member should be here often at least at first and be diligent about asking the nurses for updates. This place is a scam…read more First off, it's like a factory, where everyone lines up to have the exact same adjustments done ( - it's all out in this big open room, so you can see what they're doing.) They sit you in this room and tell you about all the modalities they'll use to help you, and then calmly tell you it'll be some $12,000 and hand you the clipboard to sign, as if it were the most natural thing in the world. If you dare question their quote, or ask any billing questions whatsoever, they will make an example out of you, and give you a hard time, and sigh and shake their head, and make you feel like a 'problem patient,' and have some supposed bigwig from the back come out to talk to you, and other nonsense and idiocy. I had to beg and plead with them to give me some exercises I could do at home to help with the pain - but they weren't even concerned about that - I guess if the pain goes away, I wouldn't come back as much, right? - but they'd grudgingly give me just one new exercise every few times - and only because I pushed them to - they knew which ones I needed and just held them back - they could've helped me months earlier!!! It was also a bit frightening to overhear Dr Bupp on the phone with his wife on a couple of occasions... He was just shockingly immature,... and (as if the exorbitant charges and upselling and one-size-fits-all adjustments, and rude girls running around and Jesus music weren't enough,) I knew for sure then I wouldn't trust him anymore... Please be careful here. They may be able to help, but they will make you pay way beyond what you should have to, and make you wait much longer for pain relief than is necessary. So when I encountered severe pain in my left upper leg I actually Googled pinched nerve treatment and up popped Advanced Health and Wellness. Luckily they are 5 miles from my home. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. They fixed the pain within a few weeks of the 8 week plan. Recently I had another pain related incident on the right side below my waist. Long story short Dr. Bupp was able to get me in fast and help me. He went the distance and took me in on a day that they weren't open! I still go for adjustments every 2 weeks to maintain my health. The staff there are terrific. I am so glad I found them!
