We certainly appreciate the Staff and Dentists at Tipton Pediatric Dentistry. They went above and beyond to make sure my son and myself were comfortable with the procedure. He had to have 8 cavities worked on and we decided to go the pediatric IV anesthesia route. Worst dentist experience I have ever had by a wide margin. 1:) Tipton was rude to my wife who took our boy there. 2.)Staff was rude to my wife. Did not seem to care what was going on and were generally unpleasant people. 3.)Had to schedule with a hospital to get sedation for a tooth to be pulled. "We'll file the paperwork", they said. Called a week later, while my child was in pain. Asked what the status was. "If I have time today, I'll call the insurance company and check on it", says the staff member. I called back later, and she says "The paperwork never got filed with the correct department, so it's being filed now. It will take 7-10 business days to process." I told her I would be paying now if they would make an appointment because my child was IN PAIN. They took credit card over the phone. I was livid at this point and we searched for another dentist. We found Leap Dental in Little Rock (which was fanstastic). I called to get my money refunded and they charged a $30 fee TO REFUND MY MONEY. I have other family members who went here and were less than impressed. We will not be back. read more

If you have more then one kid don't go here daughter had appointment after my son at a different location and had to pick if I let my 8 year old daughter sit outside by herself or do I let my son go back to the back by his self so you have to pick which kid it's pretty ridiculous read more

The hygienists here are great. Very kid friendly environment. The dentist is direct and to the point.

We have four children, so having a good dentist is a must! They are able to see them in the same day which is convenient for us. Dr. Tipton and his hygienists are fantastic! They are very personable, friendly, and professional. read more

We love Dr. Tipton. He is a fantastic dentist. We take our 2 year old for check ups. The office is very kid friendly with a movie theater theme. T.V. on all the walls and ceilings, so patients can watch a movie while they have their teeth cleaned and examined. Our daughter cries every time we go to any medical appointments. Dr. Tipton and his staff are very patient with her. We highly recommend this office. read more

Excellent rapport with my girls! My 3-year old is extremely stubborn and he was able to get her to cooperate with exam and cleaning. On second visit she let him fill a tooth with no resistance at all! read more
