Because of the mistake that she made, not us, we also now owe a $44 penalty. Tom redid our return but we had to wait for an hour and he had very little sympathy for what we just went through. We go to the "experts" to help make the tedious process of filing taxes easier and less confusing. Instead we get zero compassion, no accountability, and condescending comments.
