Post on behalf of my moms Fiancé: Early April 2025, my longtime Fiancé was involved in a traffic accident. She was stopped at a red light when a vehicle rear ended her. She informed me that she had contacted the law firm of: David Greiner, Law Corp; located in Victorville California. She was assigned to Brian Essex and from what she says, his amazing assistant named Colleen. These two seem to compliment each other very well in the interest of their client. Colleen kept all my fiancés records together, in real time, as the appointments took place. She always inquired as to how my fiancé was doing and relayed the information to Brian. If her care provider requested a special treatment, Colleen would verify with my fiancé, regarding whether or not she was on board with the treatment. Once she agreed, Colleen would consult with Brian and my fiancés  approval for the treatment seemed immediate. I do not think we ever experienced any delays. I have to say, Brian took the time to speak with my fiancé regarding any concerns she had. He never seemed to put her off, or made her feel like she was bothering him or that he had no time for her. His assistant, was genuinely concerned about her well being. When she called her regarding an issue, the first thing she would ask about was my fiancé; how are you doing? Is the treatment helping? Is there anything you need or that we can do for you? Etc. Brian worked hard in resolving this matter. I do not know if this is normal but, her case was completed in four months. I had the weirdest and most frustrating interaction with this law firm. A couple months ago, I put out a Yelp Project explaining my situation and hoping any lawyers could assist me with my particular case. I received a number of responses. All of the responses I received read something like "This isn't my area of expertise, but I here's someone that can possibly help." I'm sure there were other lawyers that saw the request, but simply didn't respond to the open request because it's not in their wheelhouse. Fast forward about two months (yesterday), I received a text from this law firm that said, "If you still need assistance, please call." I did. Biggest mistake ever! Since my situation is currently in limbo, I was curious if they could assist. When I called, I was greeted by a woman who after a few moments of discussion, tried to tell me that I need another type of attorney. Since I've been dealing with this situation for the last few months, have spoken to countless attorneys, reached out to the state BAR, used a third-party lawyer referral service AND even reached out to a service run by a prominent lawyer that has his own podcast, I was confident in telling this woman that "No, that is not the attorney I need." And then I began to get annoyed. I put the details of my case in my Yelp Project. Every attorney that reached out to me through it read the project information and responded by letting me know that they couldn't help me, but they offered me a lead that possibly could. The whole point of the Yelp Project is for people to reach out if they CAN help. Not if they can't. So why did I receive this text TWO MONTHS later asking me if I still needed help if they couldn't help me? I assumed this law firm had read the project! The woman then kindly asked me if I wanted to talk to her supervisor. I agreed. The supervisor's name was Tina. Tina, almost immediately, tried to turn my inquiry into a battle of epic proportions. After explaining that I was confused about receiving a message on Yelp to call, she screeched into my ear "Well, we didn't say we could take your case!." "But WHY would you read the Yelp Project and message me if you COULDN'T take the case?!" I hollered back. Tina insisted on this line of reasoning involving them not saying they could take my case. It was reductive and fruitless. And I realized that this woman was absolutely asinine and wasting my time. So, I hung up and decided it's much better to warn others to not waste their time with this firm. If Tina is any representation of the lawyers that are part of this firm, you may want to reconsider being represented by them unless you don't mind losing your case. read more

Very disappointed in the service I received. After all the legal issues are completed you get a bill and a stack of papers. No explanation or review. Next time if I need an attorney I will spell out what I expect as far as updates, communication, and final exit review. All of which were lacking with my experience. Very disappointed. read more
