We had an issue with our Thor RV power awning repeatedly blowing fuses. I've had it to the dealer 3…read moretimes to get troubleshot and fixed; every time the issue came back. The latest time was at San Clemente, after we had fully extended the awning, which left me with the option of getting up on a ladder and manually retracting it. I noticed Scout RV's (Tyler) truck at our campground, and called to see if he could come take a look. Tyler went through the troubleshooting steps, tested the motor, checked continuity, and finally after crawling around underneath found the wires to the awning laying on top of the driveshaft, where they had chafed through and shorted (!) Three trips to the dealer, never fixed, once they even ran our generator for forty hours and burned 3/4 of a tank of our gas but never really fixed our awning. I was more than happy to pay Tyler's hourly rate to finally, properly troubleshoot the problem...he's a good guy. Professional, efficient, and trustworthy. He'll be our go-to from now on!

They were quick to do a fast ship and install then everything stalled from there. Fast forward to April 2023 and after 3 failed inspections, a total reinstallation of all the ground electrical components, power pole redo and a new meter that has doubled my normal usage I still do not have solar capabilities. I'm not confident that system is sized properly. Not confident in the install. Stay away. Far away. Don't even consider them. Eff this place.

I asked this company to be with me and they have honesty been looking out for them self and just about money for them. My experience with Suntech has not been the best. If you are looking for a team that will keep you informed of everything every step of the way, Suntech Solitons is NOT the team. I was never told when the solar panels were going to be installed, the installer and his team arrived to my house unexpectedly. I also financed the HVAC system with them but was also never kept in the loop as to when the installer would come to my house to get measurements. The HVAC system that we had discussed that I wanted was not the system that the installer showed up with. I ended getting the split system after talking to the tech and also do to the system I was originally wanting being over the budget we had agreed on. Do to the lack of communication and me not getting the HVAC system I originally wanted I asked for an explanation of expenses, that I have yet to receive. I was also never shown how to use the solar edge app. I hope this info helps other individuals, before you do anything with Suntech have it in writing and just know that you will have to be on top of the team constantly to keep you in the loop of what is going on and be prepared to have technicians/installers come to your house without you expecting them.
