Although at first things seemed to be going smooth , My daughter and I had missed an appointment . Honest mistake that it didn't save in my phone . It was our fault for sure and I apologized and told her to go ahead and bill insurance anyway since she sat n waited for us . I called her the day after we missed the appointment once I realized (and I emailed her) to apologize and make another appointment . So since that appointment was missed we were told that her schedule is changing and she proceeded to give my daughter another appointment but it was three weeks away from the one we missed . Meanwhile she has been seeing my daughter once a week for the past six months. My daughter had major bullying issues and had some stuff going on n needed help n needed to see n speak to someone yet Kim turned her back on her and decided to become spiteful towards me because of that missed appointment . In fact , when my daughter went for the next visit three weeks later , Kim scolded her about the missed appointment ( which her and I had discussed three weeks prior to that and she FORGOT ) , she made my daughter feel uncomfortable to the point that she will not go see and speak to her again. Also , Kim had my daughter sign a release form (WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENT) for an agency called BBBS in nyc. I knew they would be reaching out to Kim HOWEVER KIM had MY DAUGHTER SIGN A RELEASE FORM WITHOUT A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN THERE . Best part about that is that she didn't even tell me . I had to question her and ask to see a copy of what she had my daughter sign . Also , I had called my insurance company (BCBS PPO- great insurance) to make a complaint about this lady and also to request referrals for new drs . They proceeded to tell me that this woman has not billed them since JUNE. They told me that even if she sent it to the wrong place then I would get denials in the mail . I have received NOTHING. When I brought this up to Kim she told me that the insurance company is LYING and she has sent out the bill but probably to wrong place . I just laughed . This lady told my daughter she's "overbooked" and honestly you can tell . She also asked me twice if I received the letter in the mail about the change of hours . She said she sent out few weeks back , I have received nothing . KIM Williams- Jenkins is totally unreliable and overbooked and does NOT work well with teenagers or their parents for that matter . She's very unreliable and does not have enough time in her schedule to accommodate her patients . She barely responds to emails and is terrible at getting forms to drs or agencies in a timely manner . You cannot trust her . I'm waiting for her to send out the forms we need and then we r out like trout ! Never ever ever going back to this lady again ! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE ! YOU WILL JUST GET STRESSED OUT OVER THIS WOMANS UNRELIABILITY !

She needs to see herself in reality before she can judge others professionally. I actually felt anxious before each session because of how harsh and uncaring she was.
