I've been going to this doctor for a few years now and although I like these doctors, you can't get an appointment when you need it. Their answering machines are consistently running the off hours recording during business hours. Last Thursday I got the recording when I tried calling at 2:30, 3:00 and 5:30 (office hours on Thursday are 1-7 pm). I called again today but the receptionist stated both doctors were not in the office and would not back until Wednesday and directed me to call back Wednesday for an appointment. When I asked to make an appointment today for Wednesday, she then said they didn't have any appointments available until September and to just go to an urgent care. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

The reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of her nasty staff, mostly the office manager up front. She brushes me off quickly and has an attitude. The other nurses are ok, not the most pleasant. I am also not a fan of Dr. Chan (Dr. Mar's partner); I was his patient originally but found him very hasty and he never had answers to my medical concerns. Long story short, Dr. Mar is fantastic but you'll need to have a blind eye to her staff.
