We hired ABCO for pipe and drape on the inside of a barn for a wedding. The sales guy came out more…read morethan once to look at the area and make a plan with his team (so I thought). We scheduled it for the Wednesday before the Saturday wedding to make sure we had plenty of time if hiccups occurred. On Wednesday morning the ABCO installers came out, got one small part halfway done (see pic) They said they had to go take care of other deliveries first but they would come back. It wasn't until 7:45 pm that I heard back. I made him aware that we didn't yet have electricity so he wouldn't be able to see unless he had lights to use with our generator. He told me he'd be back Thursday. Thursday morning I called the sales rep and he told me they had (again) other jobs to take care of first & that mine would just have to wait. -they were never shy to tell me allll of these other deliveries took precedence over mine. I was told the installer would be back that evening... we had a generator on site for him to use. Thursday night he text me that he wasn't coming. They assured me he would be there first thing Friday morning to get it done. Friday morning they showed up again and told me they had to be out of there by 10am to make other deliveries. At this point STILL only one part of the ceiling was up. (see same pic) I called the sales rep and very calmly told him I could no longer be put on the back burner... the wedding was the next day and I had been more than patient and cooperative with them. He then proceeded to YELL at me, the paying customer. He told me they had "bent over backwards" for me and he was irate that I used another company for my linen rentals (thank God we did) but I had in fact tried to rent other items through him at ABCO and he told me none of their lights worked properly- leading me to other options & vendors. By noon his guys had left the job site, job COMPLETELY UNFINISHED... still only one side of draping half-done. Let's just remember this is NOON the day before the wedding with rehearsal going on at 6pm that day. We then had to pull our own employees from my husbands office to try and piece something together and I made a call to every tent company in tulsa and finally found one that would come install Friday night. Thank the Lord for Ultimate Party Rentals!! The ABCO sales rep came by, saw the unfinished job, left and we never heard back from him again. Not once. Not even to apologize for their complete incompetence and distasteful attitudes. Saturday morning, I get a call from the ABCO driver saying they had a tent to deliver to us & I told them we had it taken care of (little late to the party). Then he tells me he is also there to PICK UP the draping that I had already paid for and rented through Monday. THE DAY OF THE WEDDING they tried to pull this. The draping that MY guys and another vendor I paid had to put up. I told the guy ABSOLUTELY not, that I had paid for that draping and it was mine until Monday & to tell his manager to please call me. I never heard from anyone from ABCO. Ever again. The ABSOLUTE worst experience, work ethic and customer service I've ever seen in a company.

They brought it at 10:30 and picked it up at 4:45 right when the kids were starting to use it so we got very little use of it. So they said they were busy that day and that's why they brought it early so I figured they would just leave it till 6 still since I requested 12-6 or I would have not accepted it. I guess you just pay for the hours they choose for you to have it and your parties have to work around the choice of drop off times they pick. If they couldn't fulfill the customers needs I think they should let someone know so that different reservations can be made. The ride also kept sagging over due to poor inflation with the recommended kids inside of 4 less than 12 years of age. It was just a total waste of 300 dollars that ruined my daughters birthday party. I've rented several of these in the past and have always had good experiences but a lesson learned on this trip to stick with more reliable vendors with more reliable equipment. Also they were very rude when I told them how that was not what I paid for and they literally threw my kids out and rolled up the inflatable and left but not before telling me how horrible my children were for being upset the inflatable was being taken when they just gotten in it. Told me they'd never leave there equipment with me again since I complain so much and they could pick there equipment up early if they wanted to by contract. The contract also was not even given too me until after they had left from dropping the inflatable off via email. Just hope this review helps save someone else from having a ruined birthday party and a waste of 300 dollars.
