She mostly either looked down at her lap or just sort of stared at you. First we given the wrong kind of appointment it was supposed to be for medications not just counseling. They do not take our insurance but we decided to just paid for the first visit which was $180.00. It was like just taking that money and burning it, that is how bad the first appointment went. Maybe there other counselors and doctor are better but for a first impression the place is very bad. They made him a second appointment which we are cancelling for sure.

The front desk staff greeted me warmly, making sure I was checked-in smooth and quick. I took my initial assessment and the doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also she made sure that I felt comfortable and understood the whole process. Provided room to answer questions and make sure I was on the same page as them. The expectations were set clear from the beginning so I knew what was to come. Throughout my visits, I noticed that everyone truly enjoys what they do. The physical therapists and assistants were not only knowledgeable but also passionate about helping patients heal. They took the time to listen, thoroughly answer all my questions, and ensure I understood my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and they tailored each session to my specific needs. But most importantly, they healed my pain. I came in struggling with discomfort that was affecting my daily life, making it hard to do anything with my left side of my body. Pain starting at my neck all the way down to my foot. Through their expertise, guidance, and hands-on care, I experienced real relief. Each session brought noticeable improvement even when in the moment it never felt like it , and by the end of my treatment, I felt stronger, more mobile, and pain-free. It would have been nice to know they fixed it because I was concerned someone else with not as good reflexes could get hurt and I didn't want that to happen. This health center billed our insurance incorrectly (we specifically talked to the doctor about it before we even started the appointment to make sure it would be billed correctly and she reassured us it would be) and then refused to rebill it forcing us to pay almost $800.00 for a simple appointment. It's an easy matter of retyping up the heading and resumbitting it, we talked to our insurance company about it. The health center management and doctor simply do not care and fault us with their callous attitude. We will drive down the mountain rather than risk this again. We pay enough for insurance and then to have to pay this on top of that. It's truly unbelievable that they could treat any patient so poorly.

I was going to Body Tune in Layton Utah for several months as my doctor referred me from the VA…read more Now I have been experiencing a large amount of pain in my right should as was receiving dry needling from a great gal Aja, who has relieved a lot of pain, but it is persistent. The treatment is in a contract from the VA for 6 sessions, that has a stop date and then if needed they need to resubmit for more if needed. After my last session I talked to them about this, and they said on my last appointment which was supposed to be tomorrow 8/26 they would go and submit for more services. I get a call today on the 25 telling me my services ended on the 18th of the month. do I want to cancel? I am so ticked off as I would have scheduled my appointments accordingly. This is so inept regarding the person submitting the request to the VA, as well as managing the time frame on the appointments as I am in pain all day, and night. No one at the scheduling desk knew about the end date, and neither did I. This is how this place takes care of the veterans who are in pain. I will let my referring doctor know, as well as community services. The person who takes care of the billing and submits the treatment request to the VA virtually screwed me over. I will also be calling the VA outpatient services department to make a formal complaint.

I was taken back to the exam room within 5 minutes of checking in. I waited maybe another 5 minutes max for the doctor to come in. My entire visit took less than 40 minutes and that is unheard of in the medical world. Kudos to the them for being so efficient and yet warm and friendly. Highly recommend them if you need a family physician.

In addition, they claimed that an affiliate lab had "lost" my blood sample, and that they had spent "hours" on the phone with the lab trying to figure it out. When I called the lab to follow up myself, they had all of my bloodwork available within 5 minutes. Not sure if the Kaysville clinic staff lied about my bloodwork being lost, but it certainly seemed suspicious, especially in light of how unresponsive they have been in the past.
