Pretty sad that the Dr. Has no time to call you back after 8 hrs! Been going there 28 years. I won't be going back.

There was an accident on the freeway on the way there, which delayed us quite a bit. Tanner Clinic made room for us and made sure that they fit us in even though we were late because they knew that we had a long drive there. I am so impressed with this clinic. I felt so great about my mom going there that I have decided to transfer my pain clinic from Murray. They were very proactive regarding injections that will come in the future for her. They explained everything clearly and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. As soon as you walk in, you will feel at home. It was easy to ask questions because they want you to be informed and left plenty of time for us to ask any questions we had. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I anticipate that this will be our clinic for a long time to come and I look forward to having a wonderful relationship with this clinic. If you have been in a pain clinic before, you know how difficult some of these offices are. Tanner Clinic has proved to me that not all pain clinics are negative and there are pain clinics that truly care about your well-being. Thank you Tanner Clinic for being so wonderful with my mom and I know you will take care of me as well!!

From the moment he walked in, he was calm, attentive, and genuinely present. He didn't rush, he listened carefully, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense--something that's rare in such a high-stress environment. What stood out most was how much he truly cared. I felt seen, heard, and respected, not just treated like another case. He not only listened, but also provided helpful tools and advice with no judgment, which made a meaningful difference. His compassion and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. I also want to recognize the incredible nurses and staff. They were kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit, making sure I was comfortable and supported every step of the way. Their teamwork and compassion truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Dr. Joshua White is, without a doubt, the best doctor I've ever spoken with. If every ER doctor and team approached patients this way, the entire healthcare experience would be transformed

Miscommunication led me to believe that her office would contact TriCare for referral. That did not happen and after I found out the X-Ray dept. would take care of that when I schedule the appointment. That happened in that way. I had my CAT Scan on 2/4/26. A longer wait than I expected, but that was du to a misunderstanding. I can deal with that. The following morning on 2/5/26 at approx 8:40 A.M. I missed a call from her nurse as I was working and not able to get to the phone. At 10:05, I returned that call. I was not surprised to hear the nurse was busy and would call me back. I waited and waited. No call. So on Feb 5 at 2:40 P.M I called again. The nurse was busy and again was told as soon as she was done with the patient she was with she would call me. Nothing. Again, no call on Feb 6. On Feb 9, I called once again. I explained to the person answering the call that this was my third time trying to get a hold of someone and my call has not been returned. She put me on hold and checked with the nurse. Busy again. This time she told me that the nurse wanted to be reminded to call me after she was done with her patient. Well, no surprise to me that I did not receive a call. I am not happy with the staff who says they need to have a reminder to call a patient back. I am that unimportant to this staff member that they have to be reminded to call me. So I wait. This is the first time dealing with this particular location. Honestly, I am having a hard time envisioning me returning here. I will wait for an appointment with my PCM at another Ogden Clinic location.

Labs done, appointments made and the day before, appointments cancelled because the particular provider is no longer there. This has also happened with my husband. Then, trying to reschedule, we're pushed out 4 months. It just doesn't make sense. Our labs won't be good anymore. We'll have to have them done again. The staff isn't helpful and often quite rude. Oftentimes, they don't seem to know what they're doing. Also, a side note. But their new office in Layton smells like someone has been passing gas. The three times I've stopped in this past year. It just wreaks of flatulence. Whoever is working the desk won't acknowledge your existence either until you make it a point to be like, "I need to get checked in please." Just really disappointing. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

First lab took over an hour to get in second was a month later and took nearly 2 hours of sitting and waiting. I asked to try it weekly as this medication has a half life of 4-5 days. After 8 weeks, 2 labs and 2 visits I was put on a dose so low that my pharmacist (who is also on TRT) mentioned it was the lowest dose they had ever seen and thought it was a mistake, especially as it was for every 2 weeks. He was taking more than that 2x per week. Talked to doctors office and they for some reason called in the same exact prescription again? I asked everyone I knew who was on it, looked into the Urology association and Endocrinology society and the MINIMUM recommended dose (along with everyone I talked to on it was) 1.0 per week, with many people only starting with that. Doctor Doxey had put me on .5 every two weeks, so basically 1/4th of what the minimum recommended dose is despite a lab showing levels of total T of 167. When I mentioned this they told me they would possibly re-evaluate in 3 months after another lab and the girl on the phone said "why do you think it is low?" I mentioned others had higher labs and were receiving 1.0 - 2.0 per week along with the Urology and Endocrinology guidelines and her response was "Too bad for you they cant prescribe it to you" . Made it very clear I was going to someplace that didnt really know what they were doing and really didnt care. Dont go here, they really dont mind wasting your time and money and I was going to be 4-5 months into this treatment along with bills for 3 labs and 5 visits before MAYBE getting a dose that would do anything. I made an appointment with a specialist named Westbroke in Ogden and they got me an appt right away and agreed that .5 every 2 weeks is just a waste of time and money and like everyone else on the planet, prescribed 1.0 per week.
