Finally we called Roadside Assistance and a Hertz and we are getting the car switched out for another rental. They called Mikes Towing and when they came out it was immediately after they received the call. We had to wait on another truck because the one they sent out was to small for us and all of our stuff. They was nice enough to call in a bigger truck and all the drivers was very respectful and honest and very prompt. When JJ our new driver arrived it's like we was all family, He treated us so nice and he was so helpful with the whole process. I recommend these men and this company to anyone. Please tip your tow truck driver and thank them!
