Buyer Beware: This was an exceptional company. We used them for 3 properties. Mike was great and his team was great. The bill came to 80K. We thought we were "stuck" with this rate due to us needing quick turn around and other inconveniences (like weather). I just got a quote from another ramp company, same homes, same financing... 20K. The new company was also concerned as some of them were not installed correctly due to "several different products being put together" and not fitting quite right. They offered to properly secure for free, so no they were not trying to "get a sale." I now realize how we were "taken to the cleaners" Guys, great service shouldn't cost an extra 60K. read more

They left my mom in the lurch. I arranged a quote with Dawn, who went on and on about how the owner, Mike, loves old people and veterans, leading me to believe he was a good person and I was in good hands. Mike came out to my mom's house on a Friday and worked with her neighbor to get into the house as my mom was in a rehab facility post-stroke. I was told someone would get back to me over the weekend. No one called. I called the main business line on Sunday as well as the cDawn's cell phone. No one called me back. I followed up on Monday around 9 am, and Dawn seemed absolutely fake, shocked that no one got back to me and she would have Mike give me a call. We went through this little dance two or three more times. Did I mention this was supposed to be for an installation on Tuesday? Finally, around 4 pm on Monday, I got a text from Dawn letting me know Mike is working on the quote. I don't want to pretend that I know how quotes work and the steps involved, but doesn't he just enter the info into a quote system? Cant he pass the info to Dawn and have her put the quote together? I have yet to hear from anyone after that text. Absolute garbage of a company who do not care about old people in need of a ramp. My mom was able to get into the house after rehab thanks to the transport company but without a ramp she couldn't get out. I ended up going with Ramp Now. They were so professional and easy to do business with. And most importantly, they kept their word. read more

I requested a quote for a stair lift in August and Mike Burke came , on Sept. 11 and gave me a verbal quote which I accepted. Said be would e mail me a written quote. I made numerous call but never received the quote it has been 10 days and no response. If they want to recent the quote, please tell me so I can go to another stair lift contractor. He spent a couple minutes measuring and said he will email me in a couple days. I asked for information on the product...he didn't have any. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard anything.
