The young lady who helped knew so much. She knew that the other shop has used the incorrect stubs, the stems were too short & the piercing had become infected. She cleaned my daughters ear & used the correct hardware. The male employee gave us their shop-made concoction for her to clean the piercing site, clear the infection, and avoid keloids. Then the piercing expert gave my daughter proper education on care. Not only do I hope their business stays around, but I hope they grow and prosper! If you just want a simple, small tattoo I'd go somewhere else because their starting price is $80. And the colors also just weren't as vibrant as I was hoping for. I'm pretty unhappy with how it turned out and will definitely be getting a touch up. For $80 I should have loved it.
