the home health care nurses never make appointmen times or even timed windows on when they will…read moreshow up, they tell you the day and then call you when they're 15mins away. if you happen to be at a doctors appointment or some kind of medical scan when they call they will call you 4-5 times back to back until you answer and if you won't be home within the 15mins it takes them to get there they tell you they'll see you in the next scheduled day to come skipping the care for that day all together. when asked for some type of a window the nurse got very arrogant and said he would be out to restart my care and then he would let his office know that someone else would need to come and check on me....all because he didn't want to give me some kind of time frame that he would be at my home. Physical therapy gave me a timeframe of between 4-5pm and didn't show up until after 6:30pm. this company is very unprofessional. I would definitely recommend a different home healthcare provider for your needs. I had two internal abscesses following my surgery and all the home healthcare nurse did was say that it was too late in the day for the doctor to see his message (it was 5pm) but that I definitely needed to call the doctor's office in the morning and report that the pain was radiating around my side to my back and I was experiencing chills and a fever....this company did nothing in the way of taking care of me, I took care of myself.
