This is the location closest to them…read more We've always had great experiences with the staff here, unlike my own experience with my PA locations where staff wear obnoxious red shirts and are rather stuck up.  The staff are friendly and want to be helpful.  Apparently, they also cater to Spanish speaking customers as well. On several occasions I've overheard tellers speaking Spanish to customers. That's commendable good customer care. On this occasion I accompanied my parents to close their safe deposit box.  Michael Marino helped us go through the process. Even if he didn't outright put a big smile on his face, he was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We really appreciated what he did for us during this visit.  We also enjoyed the short but pleasant small talk. The location is central and convenient, off on Main Street downtown Freehold. But the flip side is having to put up with crazy downtown traffic and lights, which could add 5-10 minutes during rush hours.  Ample parking in its own parking lot, accessible both from the Main Street and side street.  Interior is vast, well lit, and clean.  Overall, I'm very satisfied with this Wells Fargo Branch.  I would highly recommend it.

They send you a letter and tell that their decision isn't based on your credit file, but if you call them on it, they only tell you to request your file from the reporting agency. Fast forward six months later they are claiming what the rep told him was wrong and he will not be receiving the 200 despite the fact that he did what he was told he needed to do i.e. make a certain amount of deposits etc. they claim he was supposed to set up direct deposit which he would have done if he was told that was necessary - he was not. Needless to say he is closing the account and going to a more honorable and reputable bank. One that knows how to treat its customers.
